Only one entry allowed per person. If multiple entries are received per person, only the first entry received will be qualified and all others will be disregarded. Entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the facebook account from which the entry is made. All online entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. PST on 12/20/2014. Sponsor of giveaway is not responsible for incomplete, late, illegible, or misdirected entries or incomplete transmission defaults, computer server failure and/or delayed, or corrupted data transmitted by participants via the Internet. By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final, binding and conclusive on all matters. Giveaway starts 12:00:01 a.m. EST on 12/16/14 and ends 11:59:59 p.m. PST on 12/31/14. Any entries received thereon, will not be included in the selection.
2. PRIZE: 1 winner will be chosen. 3. DRAWING/ODDS OF WINNING: 1 winner will be randomly selected from among all valid entries received. Winner will be notified on facebook page and must reply within 48 hours to qualify. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
4. ELIGIBILITY/CONDITIONS:Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States,18 years of age or older. If the winner does not reply to 1st prize notice within the time period specified, the prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be randomly chosen. No transfer or assignment of the prize is permitted and the cash equivalent of the prize will not be substituted. Entry constitutes entrant's permission to post their name on the facebook (and consent to the use of their name and likenesses for publicity purposes without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law). 5. WINNER'S NAME:Name of the winner will be obtained from the comments on the post and like of the facebook page. Name of the winner will be posted on a follow up post at the conclusion of the selection. Winner's personal information, including without limitation name and shipping address must be submitted via a private message to Healing Hearts of Nature for shipping the prize.

If, for any reason, the giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including without limitation infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this giveaway, Healing Hearts of Nature reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this online giveaway.
